Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Seasonal Porch Pops – Refund & Replacement Policy

At Seasonal Porch Pops, we want your porch to look festive and beautiful for every season. While we do not offer monetary refunds, we will work with you to ensure your décor meets expectations.

No Cash Refunds

Please note that we do not provide cash, credit card, or electronic refunds for any purchases.

Replacements & Exchanges

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If any décor items arrive damaged or if your package was set up incorrectly, we will replace those items at no additional cost.
     
  • Perishable Items (Pumpkins, Mums, Flowers, etc.): These items are natural and may vary in size, shape, and longevity. We do not replace items due to natural aging, but we will replace items that arrive damaged or unusable.
     
  • Reusable Items (Lanterns, Garlands, Mats, etc.): If reusable décor is damaged during setup or delivery, we will provide a replacement piece of equal value.
     

Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear, weather-related damage, or natural aging of perishable items are not covered under this policy.
     
  • Décor is intended for seasonal enjoyment; replacements will only be offered for issues present at delivery or within 72 hours of setup.
     

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us at starla@seasonalporchpop.com within 72 hours of delivery.
     
  2. Provide your order details and a photo of the issue.
     
  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or exchange within a reasonable timeframe.
